The People Project, was created with the core aim to support businesses with their every day HR needs in an outsourced capacity.

Natalie's industry background has centred within the fast paced agency life of media, marketing, creative, PR & communications, working with agency teams, senior board members and partnering leaders with a no-nonsense, straight-forward and commercial approach to all facets of people management and transformation.

With 18 years industry experience, a BA and an MA in HR and as a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development Natalie has worked across start ups to global companies. The People Project now work with and support clients across a wide range of industry including financial, health tech, events, venture capital, property, marketing, retail, communications, PR, charity, healthcare, public sector and creative.

The People Project is underpinned by the passion to help organisations further their business, navigate common challenges and provide solid go to but totally adaptable oustourced HR.
